EleganceStep is committed to making your online shopping experience exceptional and satisfying, with an unparalleled level of service. We believe you deserve the right to have your product checked and, if necessary, replaced because at EleganceStep:

Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Replacement Policy


EleganceStep’s replacement policy is valid under the following circumstances:
If you receive the wrong product.
If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged.

Note: Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for return.
To complete the replacement process, the product should: 

Be undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received.

Not have any defacement or marks on the product or its accompanying items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund approval or rejection.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post officially.

Sale Items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
